Joel "IRON" Matalon & Steve "Sonic" Blum are childhood buddies who have been friends since kindergarten. They literally lived around the block from each other and across the street from a schoolyard where they played every sport imaginable...even some that have yet to be invented!

Today, Joel is a triathlete, personal trainer and an international fitness guru to people age 2-102.

Steve, a NYC public school teacher has been drawing and playing sports since the age of 5 and can be usually found doing just that as he keeps his two boys, ages 7 and 4 entertained.

The Little Joe Fitness series is their first collaboration as author & illustrated respectively.
